Caribbean food, much like the islands and its peoples, is unique, full of bold flavors. Though we use similar ingredients the end products have their own flair. From the Roti in Trinidad and Tobago, Cou-Cou in Barbados to Curry Goat in Jamaica, they are so very tantalizing.
